We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted in a secure way via Paypal.We also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
To place an order via our web store, a user may complete the registration form or opt to use their Paypal account. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.
We use “cookies” on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.
Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Pardon My Thrashing reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
All sales are final with the exception of manufacture defect. If you do change your mind and want a different color, we can most likely accommodate your request and exchange your item for a like item. Please complete the RMA form for your request to be considered. You will pay the shipping costs for your replacement item to us and from us.
All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Pardon My thrashing is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
All gift cards are non-refundable.
Monogrammed, personalized, custom -made or special order items cannot be exchanged or returned with the exception of a manufacturer defect.
Whenever a Merchandise Credit is issued, customers will be asked to provide a government issued ID. This will help ensure if a Merchandise Credit is ever lost, we can research and/or replace.
Clothing items may only be returned due to a manufacturer defect with all tags intact and require proof of purchase. Returns of these items made more than 48 hours after receiving may not be returned.
Pardon My Thrashing is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
Defective items may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.
Please allow 5-7 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on / in your account. Please know the policy of your financial institution as they may hold funds longer than 7 days.
In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will go back to that same credit card.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
While we are always on the look-out for mistakes. Pardon My Thrashing is not responsible for incorrect address information or for shipments to rural address that UPS does not deliver to. Please contact UPS to make sure they will deliver to you.
Helpful hint: Please make sure your package is not going to sit on your front porch or common area as theft may occur. Remember for secure delivery you can have your item sent to a UPS store or hub for pickup. Please contact UPS for their policies regarding pick up at one of their facilities.
A detailed returns policy keeps costs down which lets you purchase high quality products from us at a reasonable price. We reserve the right to refuse any sale or return at our digression.
Please have your order number and date of purchase and delivery handy.
Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Now that we got all of that out of the way. You are a skateboarder and so are we. We are all here together and to help each other out. If there is an issue, we are always going to do our best to make things right so you can skate.
